AIR DUCT SPECIALISTS, INC. Professional kitchen exhaust cleaning companies should supply you with a "Certificate of Performance." NFPA codes require this Certificate to be posted near the hood, much like the sticker tag on your fire system. The Certificate should state the date the system was cleaned and expiration date, as well as Noting if there are inaccessible areas in the system.

Our work is aimed to give you 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the work we have performed, please call within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will re-clean it at no additional charge. Arrival guarantee applies to a regularly scheduled cleaning service with contract customers. Due to the nature of hood cleaning, appointments are scheduled within a two hour arrival window. If we need to cancel an appointment we will attempt to give at least a 24 hour notice. Guarantee does not apply to cancellations due to weather conditions which could compromise crew safety (i.e. ice or snow on your roof, lightning, adverse road conditions, etc).
